when i download a recipe onto my mac it opens .TXT file and elves the text editor open. I file save it. Using finder i move it from download folder to the beerrsmith2 folder. i then remove the .txt extension and fire up beer smith.
in beersmith i file open and search for the recipe., it can be found but is greyed out.
can you tell me how to get to the recipe.
thanks
greg

Hi,
Some Mac versions add a '.txt' extension to the file name (the browser does this).  You can simply rename it to a name with a ".bsmx" extension and then open it using the open command in BeerSmith.
