hidden cost of a brew - calculation

hallo

i have purchased my equipment and want to add the amortization cost to the ingredient cost, the same with the cost of electric power, cost and sanitation cost, cost of the keg

for example:
the equiment cost 2000 and i will amortize in 200 brew
the cage cost 100 and i will amortize in 100 brew
also the cost of electric energy (or gas) will be 5 for every brew
the sanitizing media cost 2 per brew
also crown caps, bottles and other have a cost

actually i have add all this to miscelleneus ingredient and add it to the recipe
so BS2.1 calculate the entire brew cost

my idea is to make an inventory of the equipment and the coast divided by an amount of bath, and add the consumable
list of equipment like sanificant and other to add outsite the ingredient, but addet to total cost of the recipe

Eeeek!  What the heck for?  That kind of information in the wrong hands could spell disaster!

I can't even imagine what might happen if SWMBO were to have access to such data. 

That's one step away from Earned Value, Return on Investment....schedules?  Ugggh....
