batch size change for priming calculations

On brew day, batch size is the amount of wort you create, including any dead space and loss.  Skip ahead to bottling day, after all the losses and transfers you may have 1.5 gallons less beer to prime.

For the priming calculation, Do you set the batch size to what volume you're actually priming? 
 
Absolutely... If you don't you could have over or undercarbed beer.

I usually only loose about 1/2 G. Guess I'm not as particular about what goes into the Secondary, cause I siphon almost all of it out.
