Greetings, does anyone have a good all grain Czech Pilsner recipe they would be willing to share. I've never done a decoction rest and if it's spelled out in a BeerSmith recipe, I'm sure I can handle it...

Czech Pilsner All Grain
O.G: 1047 / Ready: 2 months

Fermentables
9.5 lbs. German Pilser Malt
0.25 lbs. Weyermann Carahell

Boil Additions
1 oz. Perle (60 min)
1 oz. Saaz (30 min)
1 oz. Saaz (15 min)

If you choose dry yeast
Saflager S-23. Optimum temperature: 60-72° F.

If you choose liquid yeast
Wyeast #2278 Czech Pils. Optimum temperature: 48-58° F.


Mash Schedule
122° F for 20 minutes
156° F for 60 minutes
170° F for 10 minutes
