By coincidence I have visitors in from Russia this summer and just saw a recipe post from the AHA on FB for Kvass. This sounded like something that might be fun to brew with russians. I wanted to plug the recipe into Beersmith so I could make some adjustments. What I lp with need help with is how to add rye bread as an ingredient so I can what its contribution to the recipe would be in terms of gravity. has anyone ever added bread as an ingredient to a recipe and accounted for it in the program?
