Hello,
I've finally got the time to get back to brewing more often, and I have also returned to using BeerSmith, as well.
The few times my brother and I have brewed in the interim, we have been krausening to carbonate our beer. Unfortunately, that doesn't appear to be an option in BeerSmith 3. Did I miss it?
Anybody else out there krausening and using BeerSmith 3? Any tips?
I know I could just brew without it as part of the online recipe, but I'd love to have the online recipe match what we're brewing exactly (or as near as possible). I love data, and I figure the more data I have, the better I can fine tune our recipes.
Thanks for your help.
