Here is a recipe that I took from BeerSmith at this link:
http://www.beersmith.com/Recipes2/recipe_330.htm
I modified it, mostly by not doing any extra stuff, i.e. water treatment, extra boil of wort for caramelization.
I entered it into a great beer competition of real ales held by BURP http://burp.burp.org/default.aspx and out of 51 real ales this one came in as Best of Show.
Best served with a beer engine (26 on hand at the competition). It is a simple straight forward all grain recipe.
