Searching for Clear Beer

I suggest looking in the The Brewing Network Brew Strong archive.  John Palmer did 4 great water episodes.

I have tried everything hot side that I have ever heard of. I tried Gelatin, no help. I have not tried Polyclar. I just bought some new stuff called Clarity-Ferm by White Labs. I guess you add it to cooled wort and it is directed right at chill haze causing compounds. We'll see...
