My question is not about brewing per se but about practical storage of big quantity of beer. If I have a roomful of beer, what's the best way for me to do to keep them cool? Thanks in advance for your tips and advice.

I keep mine in the basemant. It gets no higher than 65 anytime of year.
I keep about a case of beer in the fridge at a time along with 2 kegs but the rest just sits in a dark corner.

Thanks for that tip man. I'm contemplating converting one room into a walk-in cooler but I don't know if it's going to be practical at all.
