With the latest trends to start using wet hops, there is a need to build this into beersmith. With the idea that the general ratio is 5:1 wet:dry, it is easy enough to figure out the amount to add, but it does affect water needed and the overall brew day. I know that fresh (wet) hops have approx 75% moisture content and when dried they reduce the moisture content to approx 10%.
