Allow more categories in the "Use During -- Use In" section than existing "Boil", "Mash", "Primary", "Secondary", "Bottling". Maybe "Other" category.

Can you give me any idea of where else you would want to use ingredients?  Other than a catch all category, what specific places during the process would you add ingredients?

For example Potassium carbonate is used to sanitize must. BeerSmith allows me to select the Type of "Other" (which is fine), but Use during -> Use in "Boil, Mash, Primary, Secondary, Bottling" doesn't apply.
