I run off into the Speidel fermenter too hot and it collapsed, anyone know how to reform it?

Speidel fermenters are made from molded HDPE. Once deformed, they can not be brought back to shape.

melt it down, throw it through your rotoline rotational molding machine. BOOM! like new. (thats not actually how rotomolding works..)
yep, junk. you can try warming it up with a hairdryer, making sure to keep it below about 200-220F as it'll melt much above that.
also notable: HDPE is NOT, I repeat NOT autoclavable... just, don't.
