Title: Lalvin yeasts
Post by: jocosa on September 25, 2004, 05:48:56 AM
Would you add the Lallemand Lalvin wine yeasts to the yeast list?  They're quite popular among the wine, mead and braggot bunch...  thanks!

Do you have a link to the detailed statistics?

Cheers!

I have been gathering info on all the dry yeast types...

If you tell me which file I need to modify, I can add the profiles and forward them on to you..

All you do is open up your Yeast database and add the items.

To export them, select the new ones you have added and then use the "Save Selected Items" command on the Action menu to save them to a file.

Email the file to me and I will take a look at them!

Thanks!
