Hi
I want to share a very fine experience with my new pilsner. Its so damn simple its just ridiculus.
38 litre batch. 9.5 kg pilsner malt and 170g bobek for 30 min. Thats all and mash at 69°C
I used half osmosis water with no additions.

But its damn good! Balanced and fine to the taste. Little citrusy, but not much.
