Title: Xmas Experimental IPA

First time here, so here goes.
Brew day is in under 12 hours, planning an IPA , how does this look? With my limited experience Im hoping it is good to go. Sme of the hop figures are simply to use up what we have left. All opinions appreciated!

Hops look delicious! All among my personal favorites for an IPA.

One thing I noticed was the crystal - 12.3% of total grist looks just a bit high for an IPA, could come out a bit sweet - I tend to keep my crystal malt around 5% in an IPA to accentuate the hops.

Everything else looks great! Looking at the time, it's probably too late to make changes now, but I'd still like to hear how it comes out.

Beer is now in fermenter so in 1 month's time we'll see how it turns out. Brew day was problem free, so hopefully now the heart is doing its magic!

Dry hopping with whole hops will really increase you trub and they don't pack well. You will loose volume to it. I would use pellets to dry hop or grind the whole hops. It does sound delicious! Enjoy the great taste! I agree with philm63 that it's too heavy on the crystal, but it is a Christmas beer and crystal is better than spice.
