Title: Ryes From the Ashes smoked ipa

Looking for some thoughts on this smoked rye ipa
10 lb 2 row
2lb rye malt
1lb CaraRye malt
8oz Briess cherrywood smoked malt
8oz cane sugar boil 1 min

1oz Summit (18.1%) 60 min
1/2oz UK Phoenix hops (10.2%) 10 and 5 min
1oz UK Phoenix flameout steep
2oz dry hop
est: OG 1066
IBU 65
SRM 11
FG: 1.015
ABV 6.3

Are you sure you have your 2 row amount correct?  Looks like WAY too small of a grain bill.  Or is this a 1 gal batch?  Then WAY too much hops.  I bet you meant 10 Lbs.
