I am from India, currently working as a lecturer in beverage studies.
Huge fan of beer (in terms of drinking it)!
I may ask some theoretical questions on commercial brewing that may appear very basic for most of you pros an semi pros here - but do help me out ... Brewery tours are few and between and detailed information on topics like these and is not very forthcoming from where i come
....and yes i am toying with the idea of opening a small brewshop post my retirement in one of the smaller towns in the country
