I find that I am constantly trying to improve my process. This often results in extra steps which I would like to add to the brewing, fermenting, hopping and aging that I don't want to forget. For example, I am using a conical fermenter and after dry hopping, I have decided I need to rack the beer into a secondary for a few weeks to allow all the junk from dry hopping to drop out before I rack it into a keg. It would be great if I could add this step to my process.
