Add estimated pre-boil gravity to print out

That's the one measure I need to run inside to the computer to see.  Its critical to making sure you are on target after the mash.

I am not sure what printout you are using; perhaps the recipe report. When I look at the Brew Steps report or the Classic Brewsheet report I see the pre-boil OG listed. Try using one of those.
