Adding Beer Styles

I want to make a Rouge Dead Guy clone but there is no pre loaded Halles/Maibock style in the BS2 mobile list. How do I add this and what do the numbers and letters represent after the various styles? I've (10A) or (3B) etc

I don't currently have a facility to add beer styles on the mobile version (only the desktop version). The numbers/letters are the style guide category and subcategory - see BJCP.org for a full description of the styles.
