I'm a home brewer and have brewed several 5-gallon batches. I prefer all grain. I use a glass carboy for fermentation.
Last summer, I brewed a delicious NEIPA. I want to brew it again.
However, because the pelletized hop residue was was so fine, I wasn't able to completely remove all of the hop residue using a fine mesh strainer.
So here's my question... what are my options for removing hop residue from a NEIPA prior to bottling? I was thinking about trying gelatin (I never tried it), but I'm interested to hear your suggestions.
