All extract shows up as 120 Lintner!!

I happened to be looking at my ingredients database and noticed that all the DME and LME shows up as having a distatic power of 120 Lintner. My understanding is that the enzymes are all destroyed during the making of the extract and these should all be listed as 0 Lintner. I have looked at a couple of Briess data sheets and they don't mention diastatic power at all. It isn't a big deal since BeerSmith doesn't use the diastatic power numbers anywhere, but this should be corrected at some point because it is just plain wrong.

I agree they should be zero, but it does not make any difference in the software itself as they are not used in the mash.

I'll make a note to zero these out for the next update.
