I've upgraded to a 30 gallon conical fermenter. My existing front end has a 15 gallon capacity. How do I configure my equipment profile (or scale my sessions correctly) in BS2 so I can carry out a regular boil and account for top off water in the fermentor for say 20 - 25 gallons of finished product? I guess it would be an all grain partial boil so to speak?
I'd like to get full use out of the conical if I can.
