Hi All
I've been brewing extract for about 5 years and am in the process of making the jump to AG. I'm starting with BIAB and see how that goes. It seems simple and all the advice is that it can produce good beer. Also bought a copy of Beersmith2 and coming to grips with the software and all the variables.
