Well, after nearly 5 years away from the craft, I'm back at it again. 5 years ago I was in the hospital with AFIB and congestive heart failure. All but quit drinking and completly walked away from homebrewing. Well this weekend I brewed my first 10 gallon batch and next weekend will be doing it again. Things have changed. I've changed. We'll see how this goes......
