perhaps i did something wrong here .ive been trying since march 10 to retrieve lost key . havent seen anything yet .posted  here and beersmith email  twice.,,,,help im thirsty !!!!!!!!!!

Search "key reteival" (but spell it right)  onthis sight and it seems to me Brad told us where to find it on your drive. If not, send him a personal email - he WILL make it right.
