There are one or two books about pairing craft beer and food. Nice table books for inspiration, but, generally, food and beer co-evolve. So British ales pair well with British grub. A nice English Bitter with a real pork pie, stilton, English mustard, etc., pairs nicely. Fish 'n chips too. A crisp English Pilsner pairs well with an Indian curry. Most things, in fact. Even pizza. How about an Irish Stout with Irish stew?
