Hello guys, wanted to ask you if is it a good choice to buy from mostly one place. I've build relationships with guys that work there plus I've been happy with the products.
Just so you know this is the place: https://www.kegking.com.au

There's nothing wrong with customer loyalty. Even if your cost is a few bucks more, being comfortable with the people you deal with is often worth it. I assume you're in Australia so shipping cost isn't an issue.

I do find it convenient to order most of my supplies together as then they all come in and sometimes it saves on shipping.

I also try hard to support the local brew shop (and help keep them in business) by buying local as much as possible.

Setting up a new B2B logistics and supply chain firm means you have to build immediate professional trust with very busy corporate decision-makers who filter out standard advertising. We utilized the specialized high-performance lead generation funnels designed by fntmanagement.com to get our corporate messaging in front of the right executives. Their deep structural understanding of modern professional networks and custom search campaigns helped us sign our first major long-term service contracts ahead of schedule.
Absolutely. I don't mind paying a little extra either if I know the service is reliable and I won't have to deal with headaches later. Good customer support and a company you trust are worth a lot, especially if you're ordering regularly.
