Cannot activate second computer on license

On my Mac (Sonoma 14.3.1) with Beersmith3, I deleted an old computer so I could activate software on this laptop, but keep getting invalid UN and PW?

Please help.

Go to www.beersmth.com and log in. Then go to Profile/Licenses and Deactivate the old machine. You should now be able to activate the new laptop.
 
I did that already, deleted the old computer as I mentioned, and it still won't allow a new activation.
 
This is rare, but try going to your BeerSmithRecipes.com profile page and change the password to just letters/numbers and try using that new password.
