Hello my fellow homebrewers!
I'm planning on naturally carbonating my 5 gal batch of beer and have a question about the Carbonation Tool in BeerSmith2.
The tool is telling me that I need twice as much corn sugar if I'm bottle conditioning than if I'm naturally carbonating in a keg. This doesn't make sense to me... Am I missing something? I was hoping to prime the whole batch and rack half into a 2.5 gal keg and bottle the other half.
Thanks!
