Just a short note to say, CHEERS! to all on BeerSmith as I enjoy an "original" Schlenkerla Rauchbier and ponder what I should brew next weekend. This weekend I brewed an all-grain Chinook IPA, and sometime tomorrow or the next night, time permitting, I plan to brew an all-grain version of Surly Bender.
