Collapsed Speidel fermenter

I did found a way to fix it, I put about i gal of water, sealed it and put on the BBQ, I have a barrel so I could set it to the side with about 40 briquets and closed the lid. It worked fine but I would put it the oven next time, the smoke from the BBQ blackened it a little.
