Corn sugar and boiler gravity

Based on this question (http://www.beersmith.com/forum/index.php?topic=3726.0) can I assume that if my recipe calls for corn sugar at start of boil that BeerSmith will add the corn sugar to the gravity into boiler calculation? I hope so since my efficiency will be affected by that. I measured just the grains and then the grains plus corn sugar. Just trying to confirm what BeerSmith calculates.
