custom ingredients

I have used beer smith for several years and was able to add custom ingredients to my recipes without a problem. How do I add in the new program things like pumpkin, coconut, coffee. vanilla.

  For flavor ingredients (vanilla, coffee) I would add them as a Misc item.  For fermentables you treat them as grains/sugars.

Hey Brad, love Beersmith and wouldn't brew without it!

I would like to add sour cherries as an ingredient to Beersmith for use as a fermentable.  But I don't know anything about the yield or other properties of cherries.  Is there a resource to figure that out, or is there a way to upload ingredients to Beersmith that are not default ingredients?
