Grandmaster Brewer
I know it's not a new concept - dry-hopping in the keg - but I ran across this (new to me) technique yesterday talking to some guys at a local home brew comp, and was wondering if anyone here has tried this; putting some hops in a bag with something that'll encourage the bag to float on top of the beer in the keg; continuous dry-hopping all the way to the bottom!
Has anyone tried this? Does it sound like something that would keep an IPA nice and hoppy all the way through to the bottom of the keg?
