A friend of my family is having a birthday in May and I would like to brew him a clone of his favorite beer: El Presidente, brewed in the Dominican Republic. He lives in Maine and can't get it up there. Usually we bring him a case from MA, but this year thought it'd be nice to personalize it for him.
I've done some googling and can't seem to find if anyone has done this before. I've never lagered, or done anything with corn/rice adjuncts so I'm not really sure where to go with recipe formulation with this and how it would be different than any other light lager on the American market.
Any help would be much appreciated!!
