I have watched the tutorial on setting up the equipment profiles. I am moving up to partial mash and am having trouble with which profile best suits my equipment. I have a 8gal brew pot so I can do full boils and am using a 5gal cooler to mash in. I was planning on mashing the grains in a bag in the cooler with 1.25 qt per pound of strike water and then transferring that to my brew pot and sparging/rinsing the grains in a strainer over the brew pot to get my boil volume. Any help on which equipment profile I should select to best match what I am doing?
