I have been brewing beer for about 4 years now, drinking it for over 40. I have been brewing BIAB (Brew in a Bag) the last 5 months. So far I am loving it! I live in Central Wisconsin USA. I grow my own hops and I am starting to keg for the first time this month. I have fermenting: “Moose drool†and “Caribou slobberâ€. These will be my first beers with my new tapper. Hey, if they don’t like the choices there is more for me!
