Hi, I am Steve. I live in Gonzales, La. which is about 20 miles or so outside Baton Rouge toward New Orleans. I am an experienced wine maker that has moved into beer. I am going right into all grain as I had a ton of all grain stuff given to me a while back so I said what the heck. I did my first batch yesterday with only a few issues. Hopefully the Beersmith software will help me become a better brewer. Looks like I have a fairly decent learning curve ahead. Look forward to meeting new beer friends.
