Hello everyone, Nick here. I am new to professional brewing (2months) and have been working on 15 barrel / 3 barrel systems @ Ormond Brewing Company. We are a brewery located just north of Daytona Beach. I'm new to the bigger systems but enjoying the learning process. Just wanted to say hi and hope to learn a lot from the different brewers on here. Cheers!!!
