I used to use a work in progress spreadsheet to brew with but now I am getting old and tired and would rather spend my time brewing than coding. I really like Brewsmith!

My apparatus is a 100% homebuilt 3-Tier Sanke Keg system with a Pumped Wort Cooling System using a Shirron Heat Exchanger.
I use Bazooka Tee's in both my Mash Tun and Wort Kettle.
My Hot Liquor Tank and Mash Tun are encased in Reflective Radiant Barrier material.
I use a Taco Bronze Water Pump for wort pumping and a sump pump to pump ice water.
Connectors are 3/8 inch stainless steel flare.
Ball valves are passivated brass
Tubing is 230 Deg F "PEX"
I use a Fluke Dual Channel Temperature meter to monitor.
My BrewHaus stool is a Sanke Keg turned upside down. Pretty comfy!
I like Beer!

Cheers!

Kevin
