Hello all. I've been brewing since the early 80"s but just recently tried my hand at all grain brewing. BeerSmith is going to be a great tool as I explore the possibilities of working up my own all grain recipes. We have a great home brew store here on the island and since I am retired now I have lots of time to experiment.
