I started home brewing extract brews about 25 years ago and stuck to it for a couple of years. I took a hiatus but recently started again. Now with a much bigger brew pot and a homemade mash tun I have switched to all grain. The most amazing thing about brewing now is the incredible amount of information that is available...and of course BeerSmith!
