Made a clone of Hobgoblin based on info and tasting, then upped the malt and hops. Should be a nice winter brew. I'm prepping for a barleywine, so I'm pitching this onto a bitter slurry, then the barleywine onto this. Should have lots of yeast by then. (Started last week with two inocculation loopfuls! Craziness.)
