Hops disappeared??

I'm really getting sick of all the glitches in this program. So now all my hops are gone except for like 50 hops. There isn't even Cascade in my list.

Where the F did they go?

Hi,
  Usually we see issues like this if a computer is shut down while it is still saving data.

  The quick fix would be to go to File->Recover from Backup and recover the hops file if needed.

It's the hops in the ingredient list. Simple hops like cascade, and warrior are gone. They just disappeared. My computer puts some of my files on the cloud, and sometimes BS can't open the file because the files are on the cloud and I have to download it to get it to work. Maybe this is where the hops went as well.
