How to save my water as a base profile?

How do I input my water chemistry and save it as a base profile?
 
You can go to Ingredients->Water and click on the add button to add a new profile.

Thank you Brad.  I was able to add my base profile and verify that it generates the mineral additions in the recipe for a target profile.  I'd like to know if there is a way to just add 'x' ml of 85% phos acid to the recipe  manually, and have it affect estimated mash pH?
