How to set up my HERMS equipment profile for batch sparging

I’m trying to figure out how to switch my HERMS equipment profile to batch sparge instead of fly sparge. I suppose I could just use the fly sparge water volume as my batch sparge volume instead?

If I have my equipment selected as my HERMS then in my recipe change mash style to batch sparge will that have any ill effects?

Great video! I'm feeling a bit confused about how to account for lautering tun losses and mash tun additions in BeerSmith 2 and 3. In your video and equipment wizard walkthrough, you left the mash tun addition blank and didn’t check the box for adjusting losses. I have 2 gallons of water under my false bottom and 8 lbs 6.2 oz (1.01 gallons) remaining in the mash tun after draining. Could you help clarify how to manage this in BeerSmith?
