Hey Folk!
A group of us used to brew at a local “brew yourself” brewery but it was recently taken over by new owners and that section was closed.

This has pushed us to get cracking privately and these will be our first full grain attempts.

Gear arrives this week. We’re looking forward to it.

Is there a place to get Australian recipes? Or is it up to us to make them?

It's usually possible to buy all-grain recipe kits, but, obviously, it's going to cost more, mainly because someone spent time weighing, milling and packaging it. There's no shortage of good recipes in the home brew community, including BeerSmith recipes. For Australian beers, there's probably more info available on Australian home-brew forums.

Where are you at?

A lot of the homebrew stores have recipes. For example, if you're in Brisbane, Hoppy Days has heaps of good ones, including winners of various competitions
