Why are the calculations for IBUs so far off on this recipie? I use Beersmith to track all of my brews, all are extract the majority are kits. The following is a recipie for a Northern Brewers Double IPA kit. When I put it in Beersmith it gives me an IBU value of about 18 yet the kit says it should be 90 IBUs, what am I doing wrong?
