The Pre-Boil gravity recommendation on the BrewSheet, is the number for a specific temperature or is it set for 60 degrees and we need to make the appropriate adjustments?

It is calibrated for standard temperature (60F for most hydrometers), so you do need to adjust your hydrometer reading for temperature (use the hydrometer adjust tool) to compensate for the fact that your wort is probably at a higher temperature.
